What makes this defensible

Sarathi already has an online Form 1A module. Almost nobody uses it, so certificates still arrive as paper scans that nobody can verify. That is the gap — not speed.

Every session here produces an evidence bundle: ID photo, geolocation, device fingerprint, timestamped event log, forced-choice test data with reliability checks, and a content hash printed on the certificate.
